This film brings together many familiar faces from the Housefull universe. The lead roles are played by Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh. They are joined by Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, and Sonam Bajwa in key roles.

The film is set on a fancy cruise ship, where a wealthy old man is celebrating his 100th birthday. But things go sideways when he suddenly dies and leaves all his fortune to his son, Jolly. However, things get wild when not one, but three men arrive claiming to be Jolly: Julius, Jalbhushan, and Jalabuddin.
To solve the confusion, a DNA test is arranged. But before the truth can come out, the doctor who was supposed to do the test is found dead. Then enter two hilarious and quirky cops, played by Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff, who take on the task of solving the mystery.
