Zoho Notebook has received a major update. This AI integration empowers users to perform tasks directly within the app, such as asking questions, creating smarter notes and generating mind maps. With the latest update the company has also introduced Zia, an AI agent that’s built upon the company’s foundational privacy-first core.
The company, in a press release, states that this launch is designed to help teams, students and professionals capture, organise and use information more effectively. The core aim is to make note-taking, collaboration and content organisation significantly more intelligent and available to both businesses and students through the free edition.
Furthermore, the deep integration of Zoho Notebook with other Zoho tools, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects and Zoho Mail, allows users to seamlessly manage information without constantly switching between platforms. This connectivity also works to reduce data silos and ensure a consistent workflow.
