Upcoming smartphone launches in June 2026: Motorola Edge 70 Pro+, Xiaomi 17T, iQOO Z11 and more

June is shaping up to be a busy month for smartphone launches in India. After May’s focus on flagships like the Oppo Find X9 Ultra and Vivo X300 Ultra, the coming weeks bring a slew of mid-range and budget devices that are more relevant for the majority of buyers. Some of the confirmed launches include the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ and Xiaomi 17T on 4 June, alongside the budget-oriented Lava Bold N2 5G on 3 June. Several other launches, including the Redmi Turbo 5, iQOO Z11, Infinix GT 50 Pro and Realme P4R, are expected across the rest of the month. Here is everything confirmed and expected in June 2026.

Lava Bold N2 5G (3 June, confirmed)

The first confirmed launch of the month is Lava’s most affordable. The Lava Bold N2 5G goes on sale on 3 June at 12PM IST via Amazon. It ships with Android 16 and features a dual rear camera with a 13 MP main sensor. Full specs have not been revealed, but it is expected to build on the Bold N2 4G, which launched with a 6.75-inch HD+ display, IP64 rating and a 5,000 mAh battery at Rs 7,499. Expect a 5G chipset and modest upgrades for this one.

Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ (4 June, confirmed)

The Edge 70 Pro+ is the most premium confirmed launch from Motorola this month. It carries a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support and a peak brightness of 5,200 nits. The MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme chipset is paired with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The triple camera setup puts three 50 MP sensors on the back, with the primary using Sony’s LYT-710 sensor and the telephoto offering 3.5x optical zoom and up to 50x digital zoom. Battery is a 7,000 mAh unit with 90W wired, 15W wireless and 10W reverse wireless charging. The phone launches on Flipkart and Motorola’s online store in three colours and is expected to be priced around Rs 50,000.

Xiaomi 17T (4 June, confirmed)

The Xiaomi 17T arrives in India on the same day as the Edge 70 Pro+ and is already available in parts of Europe and Southeast Asia. It has a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3,500 nits peak brightness, powered by the Dimensity 8500 Ultra with up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. The Leica-tuned triple camera system includes a 50 MP primary, a 50 MP periscope telephoto with 5x optical zoom and a 12 MP ultrawide. The 6,500 mAh battery supports 67W wired charging. The phone runs Android 16-based HyperOS 3 and is promised five major Android OS upgrades. It is expected to be priced around Rs 65,999 for the base 12 GB/256 GB configuration.

Redmi 17 and Redmi Turbo 5 (early to mid-June, expected)

Xiaomi is expected to launch both the Redmi Turbo 5 and the Redmi 17 in India around the second week of June. The Turbo 5 is the more capable of the two, carrying a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset, a 7,560 mAh battery with 100W wired charging, and a 50 MP plus 8 MP rear camera setup. It is expected to be priced around Rs 30,000.

The Redmi 17, aimed at the budget segment, is tipped to feature a high-refresh-rate LCD display, a Snapdragon 4 series chipset and a battery larger than 7,000 mAh. A 50 MP rear camera and 8 MP front camera are expected. It is the successor to the Redmi 15, which is currently priced at Rs 20,499, so expect a similar or slightly higher starting price.

iQOO Z11 (mid-June, expected)

The iQOO Z11 is expected to arrive around 15 June and is the most compelling budget option on this list. It features a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and 5,000 nits peak brightness, a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset with up to 12 GB RAM and a headline 9,020 mAh battery with 90W wired charging. The camera setup is said to include a 50 MP primary and a 32 MP selfie shooter. iQOO is expected to price it under Rs 30,000, which would make it one of the largest battery phones at that price point.

Infinix GT 50 Pro (June, expected)

The Infinix GT 50 Pro is expected to arrive in India in June, following its global launch. It is a gaming-focused device with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display running at 144Hz with 1,600 nits peak brightness, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset paired with 12 GB RAM and up to 512 GB of storage. Being part of the GT lineup some of the gaming-specific additions include customisable RGB LEDs on the back and dual pressure-sensitive trigger zones. The camera setup is a 50 MP primary with OIS plus an 8 MP ultrawide. Battery is expected to be 6,500 mAh with 45W wired and 30W wireless charging.

Vivo T5 Lite, Realme P4R and Samsung Galaxy A27 (June, expected)

Several other devices are expected to arrive in June. The Vivo T5 Lite is tipped to carry a 6,500 mAh battery with 44W charging and either a Dimensity 6300 or Dimensity 6400 chipset, priced under Rs 15,000. The Realme P4R is expected to be a battery-focused mid-ranger with an 8,000 mAh battery, 144Hz HD+ display and Dimensity 7400 chipset, though its positioning in the Rs 30,000+ segment will depend on final pricing. The Samsung Galaxy A27, meanwhile, is rumoured with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, a 6.7-inch display and a triple rear camera system, but Samsung has not announced a launch date.
