Vivo’s new flagship smartphone, the Vivo X300 Ultra, will be available in India early next month, alongside the Vivo X300 FE. The brand has already revealed the first look at the X300 Ultra, and the device’s microsites have provided some information about the specifications. The X300 Ultra will prioritise camera capabilities while also delivering flagship-level performance. While official pricing and specifications will be announced at launch, here’s everything we know about the upcoming device.
Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE are going to make their debut on May 6 at 12 PM IST. It will be available on multiple online platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, along with the Vivo e-store. The device is expected to be available in multiple colour options.

The device is expected to have a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz and a maximum brightness of 3,000 nits. It is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The phone is also expected to have a 6,600mAh battery with 100W wired and fast wireless charging, as well as durability ratings of IP68 and IP69. It is expected to run on Android 16 and may receive extended software support.
On the camera front, it may include a triple rear setup with a 200MP primary sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with advanced stabilisation and a 50MP ultra-wide camera with Zeiss tuning.
In terms of pricing, we still don’t know much yet and we may have to wait for a few more days, as it will be revealed at the launch. But, if the reports are believed to be true, the device will cost around Rs 1,29,999 in India and the higher variants may cost more.
