HIGHLIGHTS

Pebble has officially unveiled the Seeq AI Smart Glasses in India.

Pre-bookings are open with a special launch price of Rs 9,999.

Buyers can choose between Titan Black and Stealth Black colour options.

I’ve always found smart glasses fascinating, yet they’ve never quite escaped niche status. We already know what a product like Meta Glasses can do, but the asking price of such products has often pushed interested buyers away before they could even try the experience. For most people, spending upwards of Rs 30,000 or even Rs 40,000 on connected eyewear still feels like a leap of faith rather than an everyday purchase. That’s why Pebble’s latest move immediately caught my attention. The company has launched their latest AI smart glasses, dubbed Pebble Seeq, and they are available at a special launch price of under Rs 10,000.

The affordable pricing also reflects Pebble’s clear intention of targeting a much wider audience, and who knows, the Seeq AI smart glasses may finally give this smart glasses category genuine momentum in India without demanding higher budgets from early adopters. Here’s everything you need to know about the Pebble Seeq AI smart glasses.

Pebble Seeq AI smart glasses price and availability

Pebble has officially unveiled the Seeq AI Smart Glasses in India, positioning them as an affordable entry point into the AI wearables segment. The company has opened pre-bookings through its official website with a special launch price of Rs 9,999, while the regular MRP is set at Rs 12,999. Buyers can choose between Titan Black and Stealth Black colour options. The glasses will also be available via Flipkart, PebbleCart and select offline electronics retailers.

As I have already mentioned, Seeq’s pricing could easily be the biggest selling point. Until now, AI-powered smart glasses have largely been gadgets that come with a premium price tag. Pebble appears to be betting that a more accessible price tag will encourage everyday users to experiment with wearable AI instead of treating it as a luxury purchase.

Pebble Seeq AI smart glasses key specifications and features

The Pebble Seeq AI Smart Glasses pack an 8MP camera capable of shooting Full HD videos and capturing 4K photos. Pebble says users can trigger the camera using voice commands or physical controls, while a dedicated privacy indicator light makes it clear when recording is taking place.

The Seeq AI smart glasses also include an onboard AI assistant that responds to the wake phrase ‘Hey, Seeq’ and can answer contextual or general questions. Other AI-driven features include real-time translation across more than 75 Indian and foreign languages, along with smart image recognition that can identify objects, landmarks and text in front of the user.

For audio, Pebble has opted for its OpenWaveX open-ear system with directional speakers, allowing users to listen to music or take calls without completely blocking out surrounding sounds. Touch gestures built into the frame let users control playback, volume and calls, while the frames weigh under 50 grams and support replaceable prescription lenses.

On paper, the feature list looks surprisingly comprehensive for the asking price. Of course, the real test will be how well the AI assistant performs in everyday situations, how reliable the camera is, and whether the open-ear audio delivers a pleasant listening experience. Even so, Pebble deserves credit for making smart glasses feel financially approachable. If it can deliver a polished experience without major compromises, the Seeq AI Smart Glasses could end up being one of the more interesting AI gadgets to watch in India’s budget wearable market.
