Specifications and features

Display: These have QD Mini LED panels with 99 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut, HDR10+ Adaptive and Dolby Vision IQ support with real-time brightness, contrast adjustments and 16-bit light control. The M92 (75-inch model) offers up to 576 dimming zones. Meanwhile, M96 adds a 2 percent low-reflectance screen and a 178° wide viewing angle.

Audio: The M92 comes with a KEF-tuned 2.1-channel speaker system with a subwoofer, while the M96 upgrades to a 6.2.2-channel setup. Both support Dolby Atmos and Total Sonics, delivering clearer dialogue, deeper bass, and multidimensional surround sound.

Processor and AI features: Both TVs run on Haier’s AI Ultra Sense processor, which powers algorithms like AI Centre MAX, AI Scene Detection, AI-Colour Boost Pro, AI-HDR Enhancer Pro, AI-Depth, AI-Motion, and AI-SR upscaling. These work in real time to adjust motion, contrast, colour, and detail for more responsive visuals.

Gaming and performance: The TVs offer 144Hz refresh rate, HDMI 2.1, VRR, ALLM, and Dolby Vision Gaming, along with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. Other gaming-centric features include Game Picture Modes, Shadow Enhancement, and Crosshair Assist. These aim to reduce latency and improve precision. The TVs are equipped with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.

Smart features: They boot Google TV OS with personalised recommendations and voice control through Google Assistant. Haier’s HaiSmart system turns the TV into a smart home hub, while HaiCast allows wireless projection from Android phones and Windows PCs. A Bluetooth Speaker Mode lets the TV play audio with the screen off.

Design: Both series feature slim, near bezel-less designs with a 98 percent screen-to-body ratio. They include a two-height adjustable stand to accommodate soundbars or keep a minimalist look.

So, the standout additions in the M92 and M96 are the collaboration with KEF for high-fidelity sound systems and Haier’s AI Ultra Sense processor for dynamic lighting and picture settings. The 144Hz panel with Dolby Vision Gaming make them gamer-friendly. The M96’s 2 percent reflectance screen is also a notable feature that could reduce glare for better visibility in bright rooms.

Speaking at the launch, Mr. NS Satish, President, Haier Appliances India said, “The M92 and M96 QD-Mini LED AI TVs, proudly made in India, mark an important step in Haier’s vision of creating intelligent homes for modern Indian consumers seeking a premium entertainment experience. The newly launched M92 and M96 Series represent a connected, AI-powered ecosystem designed to elevate everyday living.
