India’s telecom market is crowded, and picking the right prepaid plan can feel confusing. Sometimes two plans look nearly the same on paper. One good example is the Rs 355 plan from Jio and Airtel. Both have validity, data, and unlimited calling options for 30 days. It is the additional features that each service provider offers that make them different from one another. Jio makes sure to offer its users several options to utilise their data through online streaming, storing data in clouds, and connecting to smart devices. Airtel keeps it simple yet adds a few creative offerings for its customers. Here is a closer look at the Jio Rs 355 and Airtel Jio Rs 355 plans and what each has to offer.
Reliance Jio’s Rs 355 prepaid plan comes with a validity of 30 days and offers a total of 25GB of data. The data offered is not divided into daily limits, so the users can consume it as per their needs. With all the advantages of data, the package also comes with unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS per day, making it ideal for routine communication as well.
Jio has also added several digital benefits to make the plan more appealing. If the user opts for the Rs 255 plan in Jio, then they are eligible to access JioHotstar Mobile premium membership for three months with no extra cost. This is extremely useful for the ones who like to stream content on the go.
In addition to the above-mentioned, it also includes 50GB of JioAICloud storage, which helps users store files and media online and provides access to Google Gemini AI Pro, which offers AI-based tools and cloud features.

On the contrary, Bharti Airtel’s Rs 355 prepaid plan also offers a 30-day validity with 25 GB of total data. Along with that, the prepaid plan also offers unlimited voice calls and an SMS pack. However, the case with Airtel is slightly different from Jio since, instead of having an offer with a certain limit of SMS each day, Airtel offers a total number of 300 SMS throughout the validity period, and this could be quite helpful to those people who rarely send SMS.
However, the greatest benefit of this package is the extra benefit since Airtel is now offering its users a subscription to Adobe Express Premium, which will enable them to create graphics and edit pictures at ease. This subscription package is expected to cost approximately Rs 4,000.

Both Jio and Airtel prepaid plans give almost the same basic benefits, so your choice depends on what you like more. Jio will be ideal for those who prefer the combination of entertainment, cloud storage, and AI-based services. If you are interested in having a simple package with one effective feature, then Airtel will serve well.
