Vivo is preparing to expand its X300 lineup in global and Indian markets. The company recently teased the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE on its official Twitter account. These models will join the current Vivo X300 series, which includes the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro. Vivo has also shown the design of the new phones, which matches the versions released in China. The shared image confirms that the Vivo X300 Ultra will feature a circular rear camera module and support a new external telephoto converter kit. Vivo has shared a teaser for Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE on its official Twitter account. Moreover, the dedicated microsites for the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE are live on its website and Flipkart. The company has not revealed many details yet, but these pages say it is coming soon, which suggests that the phones might launch on May 7, as earlier reports hinted.

The Vivo X300 Ultra is anticipated to launch with a 6.82-inch AMOLED panel with a 144Hz adaptive refresh rate. The display is expected to reach a peak brightness of 3,500 nits when used under direct sunlight.
As per the leaks, the smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Moreover, it may sport up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. Rummous also suggests that it may come with a dedicated vapour cooling chamber.
The Vivo X300 Ultra could get a 7,000mAh semi-solid-state battery that may support 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. It’s also anticipated to have bad IP68 and IP69 certifications to keep the device protected against dust and water.
As for the camera, the device could get a 200MP primary sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens and a 50MP ultrawide camera. It’s also rumoured to boast a 50MP camera at the front for selfies and video calls that may offer 4K support.

The Vivo X300 FE could feature a 6.31-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Moreover, it’s anticipated to house the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset coupled with up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.
The smartphone could come packed with a 6,500 mAh battery and might support 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. Out of the box the smartphone is expected to run on Android 16-based OriginOS 6. The handset may also get at least 4 years of software updates.
In terms of optics, it may feature a Zeiss-tuned triple camera setup, including a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP telephoto lens and an 8MP ultrawide sensor. For selfies and video calls, it may come packed with a 50 MP front-facing camera.
The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to launch with a price tag of Rs 130,999, while the Vivo X300 FE may debut around Rs 54,999.
