Vivo has been on a roll with its X200 series in the market! We’ve seen a ton of devices in this lineup, including the X200 Ultra, the X200 Pro, the regular X200, and even the compact X200 FE. Now, it looks like Vivo is not looking to stop there. A reliable tipster has shared the full specifications of the upcoming Vivo X200T, revealing details about its camera, processor, display, battery and more. The device is expected to sit somewhere between the X200 FE and the X300. Without wasting much time, let’s take a look at the specifications and expected launch date of the X200T.

According to tipster Abhishek Yadav on X, the X200T is expected to feature a 6.67-inch OLED LTPS display with 1.5K resolution and support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will likely be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, along with support for a vapour chamber cooling system for managing heat. It could feature multiple RAM and storage options, going up to 16GB of RAM, along with fast UFS 4.0 storage. In terms of battery and charging, the device could feature a 6,200mAh battery, along with support for 90W fast wired charging. Not only that, but it could also come with support for 40W fast wireless charging, too.
As for the cameras, it is expected that the device will feature a triple 50MP camera at the rear. The main camera will likely be a 50MP Sony IMX921 with OIS, along with that it will come with a 50MP Samsung JN1 Ultrawide camera, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 3x periscope camera too. At the front, the device is expected to feature a 32MP camera for selfies and videos.
In terms of software, the device is expected to come with Android 16 out of the box. Interestingly, reports state that the device could come with support for five major Android updates along with seven years of security patches. Other features that are expected with the device include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and support for eSIM, too. Along with that, the device is expected to be both IP68 and IP69 certified, meaning it will come with dust and water resistance.
Reports suggest that the Vivo X200T could likely be released by the end of January this year. But what about the pricing of the X200T? While Vivo has not announced any details about the phone yet, it is expected that the device will be launched in the Indian market in the Rs 50,000 to Rs 55,000 price range. The device is expected to be released in two colour options, which will include Stellar Black and Seaside Lilac.
