The Soft Gold variant of the OnePlus 3 will be launched in India on October 1. The device will sell on Amazon at the same price as the original OnePlus 3, but users will also get Rs. 500 worth of Kindle Credits, a 12 month OnePlus Care accidental damage protection warranty, and a year’s worth of double-data on Idea’s pre-paid and postpaid connections.
This is in-line with an announcement made by Carl Pei, co-founder, OnePlus, some months ago. Pei had announced in July that the Soft Gold colour variant of the OnePlus 3 will be coming to India soon, and the company seems to be prepping it for the festive season.
The OnePlus 3 is arguably the most value-for-money smartphone in the market today. The device has 6GB of RAM, with the Snapdragon 820 SoC. The OnePlus 3 also has a 5.5 inch FHD Optic AMOLED display, along with 16MP and 8MP cameras on the back and front respectively. It has a 3000 mAh battery inside.
