Samsung Z2 with Tizen OS launched at Rs. 4,590

Samsung has unveiled its newest Tizen-powered smartphone in India. Called the Samsung Z2, the device is priced at Rs. 4,590 and will be available offline from Samsung Retail, and online via Paytm from August 29. The device will be available in Gold, Black and Wine Red colour variants. The smartphone also comes with a Jio SIM, with complimentary access to 4G voice and data. Further, the device will also come preloaded with Jio apps.
 

As for the specifications, the Samsung Z2 sports a 4-inch WVGA TFT display and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM. The device is equipped with a 1500mAh battery and offers 8GB of storage, that can be expanded by up to 128GB. At the back is a 5MP primary camera while at the front is a VGA camera. The phone also comes with S Bike Mode and Ultra Data Saving. The S Bike Mode is aimed at helping riders stay focused on the road, while Ultra Data Saving helps to reduce data usage.
