Samsung is reportedly gearing up to launch its next generation of foldables: the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and the Galaxy Z Flip 8. Even though the tech giant has not announced anything yet, there are several leaks and rumours that give us a fair idea at what to expect from the upcoming foldables. From the launch date and pricing to specifications, here is everything we know so far about the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Z Flip 8.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Flip 8 are expected to be unveiled on July 22, 2026. The Z Fold 8 is said to be launched with a starting price of Rs 1,74,999, while the Z Flip 8 will likely cost around Rs 1,19,999.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 will likely run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 5 chip, and may pack a 5,000mAH battery with 45W charging support. The upcoming book-style is rumoured to feature an 8-inch main display and a 6.5-inch outer display. Both screens will likely support a 120Hz refresh rate.
In terms of optics, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 could feature a triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 200MP primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. For selfies and video calls, the device could house a 10MP camera on the front.

As per leaks, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8 may come with a 6.9-inch inner display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The cover screen could be 4.1 inches. Under the hood, the upcoming flip-style foldable could run on the Exynos 2600 processor. Furthermore, it is expected to pack a 4,300mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
For photography, the Galaxy Z Flip 8 could house a dual rear camera setup, consisting of a 50MP main camera and a 12MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, there could be a 10MP camera for selfies and video calls.
