Samsung is reportedly preparing to launch its next premium smartphone lineup, the Galaxy S26 series, next month. Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S26 series at its Galaxy Unpacked event in February 2026. The event is rumoured to be held on February 25 in San Francisco.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to come with a 6.9-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is rumoured to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. It could be paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. On the software side, the phone is expected to run One UI 8.5 based on Android 16. Furthermore, the device is said to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 60W fast charging support.
In terms of photography, the Galaxy S26 Ultra could feature a 200MP main camera. It is also rumoured to include a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom, and a 12MP telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom.
