HIGHLIGHTS

Galaxy S26 Ultra leaks reveal a thicker, raised camera bump similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 7.

The new camera design may worsen the wobbling issue when the phone lies flat on a table.

Expected price of the Galaxy S26 Ultra in India is around Rs 1,35,000.

Samsung is reportedly gearing up to launch the Galaxy S26 series in February 2026. This lineup is expected to include three models: Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra. Although the tech giant has not officially revealed any details, leaks have given a glimpse of what users can expect from the upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra. The latest leak focuses on the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s design change that could be frustrating for some users.

Leaker @OnLeaks has shared images and a short video on X (formerly Twitter) showing what appear to be dummy units of the Galaxy S26 Ultra. Based on the images, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will look similar to the S25 Ultra. However, a big change can be seen on the back of the phone. There is a camera bump that resembles the one found on the Galaxy Z Fold 7. Instead of individual camera rings sitting almost flat on the back, the three main camera lenses will be placed on a small raised island, as per the leaked images. In the leaked video, the camera module clearly sticks out more than before.

This new design may make an existing issue even worse. For years, Samsung phones with large camera bumps placed toward one side have had a problem with wobbling when lying flat on a table. Because the camera is on the left side instead of centered, the phone tends to rock back and forth during use. With the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s camera bump now thicker and more raised, this wobble could become more noticeable.
