Samsung is reportedly planning to introduce a budget-friendly device, the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE, to its newly launched Galaxy S26 lineup. The lineup currently consists of the standard Samsung Galaxy S26, the Galaxy S26 Plus and the premium Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. The new budget-friendly model is expected to run on One UI 8 and anticipated to draw its power from Samsung’s native Exynos chipset. Along with that, it’s also said to feature a triple camera setup at the rear end of the device with a bigger battery and display. Samsung Galaxy S26 FE specs (Expected)
The Samsung Galaxy S26 FE is expected to launch with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It’s also rumoured to have HDR+ support. Aside from that, the device is said to reach a peak brightness of up to 1,900 nits when used in bright conditions and is likely to be protected by Gorilla Glass.

Under the hood, the device may be powered by either the Exynos 2500 or Exynos 2600 chipset, which is a 2nm-based chipset. Furthermore, it is expected to come with 8GB of RAM and offer up to 512GB of internal storage. The phone could pack a 5,100mAh battery with support for 55W wired fast charging and 25W wireless charging.
Out of the box, the smartphone is likely to run on One UI 8, which is based on Android 16. Samsung is also likely to offer the device with up to seven years of software and security updates. Furthermore, the device could also be rated with IP68 or IP69 certification.
Talking about the camera, the Galaxy S26 FE may come with a triple camera setup at the rear end. It could include a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x zoom. For selfies, it might sport a 12MP or 16MP front camera.

While there has been no official statement by Samsung, early reports suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE might get released in India around September or October 2026.
