Realme may be near launching the Realme GT Neo 5 in China. Recently, renders of the smartphone have popped up on the internet, giving us a fair idea of what the device looks like. The brand has also started teasing the launch of this smartphone. 

Realme GT Neo 5 specifications have been leaked online and reveal quite a bit about the upcoming smartphone. A well-known source is behind the leaks, which indicates that this information may be accurate. 

Realme GT Neo 5 specifications (expected)

Based on the information posted by tipster Digital Chat Station, the Realme GT Neo 5 will come with a 6.7-inch 1.5K OLED display that has a 144Hz refresh rate. It will also have a 2,772×1,240 pixel resolution. The smartphone is said to run on an octa-core Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, and it may also offer 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS4.0 storage.

The Realme GT Neo 5 may run on the Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 skin. It is believed to feature a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary camera, along with a 2MP macro camera and an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera.

The Realme GT Neo 5 will come in two variants that offer differing battery capacities. One will have a 5000 mAh battery that supports 150W fast charging, while the other will have a 4600 mAh battery that supports 240W fast charging. The smartphone is believed to feature RGB lights too.
