OnePlus has recently rolled out its Turbo 6 series in China, and with that, the focus has quickly shifted to the global launch of the device, including the Indian market. Experts suggest that OnePlus could relaunch the Turbo 6 series under the name OnePlus Nord 6 for non-Chinese markets. Early leaks suggest that the device may pack a large battery along with a dual camera setup at the rear. Furthermore, it is expected to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. Reports also indicate that the device could land in the mid-range segment in India. Here are all the details we currently have on the upcoming OnePlus Nord 6.
The OnePlus Nord 6 is expected to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset and could offer up to 16GB RAM with up to 512GB storage. Aside from that, the device may come packed with a 9,000mAh battery coupled with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging. It’s also expected to feature the IP68, IP69, and IP69K certifications, ensuring that your device is safe against water and dust.
Out of the box the device is expected to be shipped with OxygenOS 16, which is based on Android 16. The rumours point to the device possibly bagging a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with a sharp 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate.

In terms of optics, the device may come with a dual camera setup which may include a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP monochrome lens. On the front the device is expected to come with a 16MP camera suited for selfies and video calls.
The device is expected to launch in similar colour options as the older models, including classic black, blue, and possibly a lighter or matte finish. More details about the colour options should become clear closer to the official launch.

The device is expected to launch in the Indian market in the first half of 2026. These dates are based on past OnePlus launches and current reports suggesting that the OnePlus Nord 6 has received listing certifications across the globe. If the rumours are to be believed, the launch could happen as early as late March or early June.

While OnePlus has not announced the pricing, the China prices of the Turbo 6 series give a fair idea. The device was launched in the Chinese market for around Rs 27,000; however, reports suggest that its price could hover in the bracket of Rs 28,000 to Rs 32,000 due to the ongoing shortage of the AI chips and taxes. That will place the Nord 6 firmly in the mid-range segment, a position that is synonymous with the earlier Nord models.
