Nokia Heart could be a lower specced variant of China-exclusive Nokia 6 smartphone

Nokia and its manufacturing partner HMD Global might be planning to introduce a lower specced version of Nokia 6 soon. The device, codenamed Heart, was spotted spotted on GFXBench and suggests that the device might come with a Snapdragon 430 processor like the one found on the Nokia 6. However, it may sport a smaller 5.2-inch display with 720p resolution. The listing tips the device to come with 2GB RAM, and 16GB of storage, along with a 12MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. The smartphone runs Android Nougat, the latest version of Android.

The Nokia 6 was announced on January 8 and is only availble in China. The device is the first Nokia-branded device to be launched by HMD Global. It has managed to attract over 1 million registrations and reportedly got sold out within a minute during its first flash sale. Nokia 6 is priced at 1699 Yuan (approximately Rs 17,000).

Nokia is already rumoured to launch budget smartphone dubbed Nokia D1C with similar specifications at MWC. Details about the device haven't been confirmed yet and it could turn out to be just another prototype.
