The phone is rumoured to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 platform and could be priced at around Rs. 45,000

Nokia 8's official page was shortly published and subsequently taken down, revealing some crucial details about the flagship smartphone. In the brief window, a Baidu user took a screenshot of the page, where it looks exactly like the recently leaked renders. Previous rumours suggested that the phone might actually have a 5.3-inch display with 2K resolution.

HMD Global is reportedly planning to launch four new smartphones before the end of 2017, and the Nokia 8 is expected to be one of them. The phone is expected to be priced at 589 Euros (Rs. 43,500 approximately), powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 platform, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, and an additional 8GB RAM variant may also be en route.

The upcoming Nokia 8 is expected to have a dual-13MP rear camera setup, with Carl Zeiss lenses. Colour variants include blue, steel, gold/blue and gold/copper. The Nokia 8 is expected to join Nokia 3, 5 and 6. Amazon India has already commenced registrations for the Nokia 6, and is offering some early bird deals as well.
