Lava has introduced yet another 5G smartphone dubbed Blaze Dragon 5G under the Rs 10,000 segment. The budget phone aims to offer a clean user interface along with next-generation connectivity and decent specifications for the price. It is also Lava’s first phone to feature the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, built on a 4nm process. It also features a smooth display along with a big battery and a decent design. The device will be available on Amazon starting August 1.

Lava Blaze Dragon 5G gets a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD panel with 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 450 nits. Under the hood, the device features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC chipset and is coupled with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage. The device ships with a 5,000 mAh battery and supports 18W charging. The device runs on Android. It will get one major update and 2 years of security patches.

For photos, the device comes with a 50MP wide camera. For selfies, the device gets an 8MP front-facing camera. In terms of connectivity, the device offers 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C.

Lava Blaze Dragon 5G price starts at Rs 9,999 for the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The customers can get Rs 1,000 bank discount and Rs 1,000 exchange bonus, bringing the effective price down to Rs 8,999. The customers will get to choose from Golden Mist and Midnight Mist colours.
