Apple has recently launched its budget-friendly smartphone, the iPhone 17e, in the global market. While the buzz around the device is still strong, rumours about the displays of its upcoming models are already surfacing. If the details are to be believed, the iPhone may finally feature pro displays in its budget models. However, this might not be the only change expected in the upcoming devices. Apple has not made any comments on these rumours yet, but it is for sure that the Apple e-series is generating a lot of interest. Here’s everything you can expect from the Apple iPhone 19e.
iPhone 19e: Display (Expected)
According to ZDNet Korea, Apple’s next-generation e-series iPhone could finally adopt an LTPO panel, replacing the 60Hz LTPS display used in the current iPhone 17e. However, this upgrade may not arrive immediately, as the report suggests it could debut with the iPhone 19e.
If the rumours are to be trusted, then the iPhone 19e could sport a 6.1-inch or 6.3-inch LTPO OLED panel, finally bringing 120Hz ProMotion and an Always-On display to the entry-level e series.

That said, users may have to wait a few more years to see a high refresh rate on Apple’s most affordable iPhones, as the iPhone 18e is still expected to feature a similar display to the iPhone 17e.
iPhone 19e: Specs (Expected)
The iPhone 19e might launch with either the A20 or A21 series chipset. It could also feature up to 8GB or 12GB of RAM, along with internal storage options ranging from 512GB to 1TB. In addition, Apple may introduce new AI features with this fourth-generation budget model.
The handset is expected to pack a 4,700mAh battery, and Apple could also offer more colour options with the device. It may further come with certifications for dust and water resistance.

In terms of cameras, the device might feature a single-lens 48MP Fusion rear camera, along with an 18MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
