Apple has started rolling out the third beta versions of its upcoming software updates for developers. These include iOS 26.1, iPadOS 26.1, macOS Tahoe 26.1, tvOS 26.1, watchOS 26.1, and visionOS 26.1. The new betas arrive just a week after Apple released the second beta updates.
If you are a developer or enrolled in Apple’s beta program, you can download the latest beta directly on your device. To do this, open the Settings app, tap General, then select Software Update. From there, you can install the update on your compatible device.
One of the main additions in these updates is the expansion of Apple Intelligence. It is now available in more languages, including Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese (Portugal), Swedish, Turkish, Traditional Chinese, and Vietnamese, according to MacRumors.
Meanwhile, AirPods Live Translation has been improved and now supports Japanese, Korean, Italian, and Chinese (both Mandarin Traditional and Simplified) in iOS 26.1.

Other changes in iOS 26.1 focus on making everyday tasks smoother and more visually appealing. The Liquid Glass effect has now been added to the Phone app’s keypad. Apple Music has received a new swipe gesture for making it easier to switch between tracks. Users will also notice updates to the visual look of the Calendar, Safari and Photos.

The iOS 26.1 update will be available for all iPhones that support iOS 26, starting with the iPhone X and newer models, as well as the iPhone SE (2nd generation and later).
