Android Ice Cream Sandwich gets previewed on a Nexus S [video]

The eagerly awaited Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, meant for both tablets and smartphones, is due to be launched on the Samsung Nexus Prime in October, and so far, not much has been seen of it, apart from a few screenshots.

Now however, a couple of weeks ahead of the Nexus Prime’s launch (now rumoured as October 11th), Android fans can get a closer look at Ice Cream Sandwich in the below video. The video, showing off the new UI, was taken by a pleasantly surprised recent purchaser of a Google Nexus S device that was astonishingly running Android 4.0 onboard.

Check out the video below, detailing new features like the new lockscreen, homescreen, notifications, task manager, application drawers, app folders, and an improved camera app featuring panorama mode, as well as UI changes.
