Experts say the rise of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, voice cloning software, and deepfake generators has made vibe hacking easier than ever. Scammers can now replicate familiar voices, imitate coworkers or relatives, and even generate realistic video calls to deceive unsuspecting users and extract personal data, bank details, or credentials.

One of the most common scenarios involves fraudsters pretending to be a colleague on Slack or WhatsApp, discussing “urgent” work matters to trick users into sharing access credentials.
