The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has rolled out a new Aadhaar app that brings your identity to your smartphone, offering enhanced privacy, security, and convenience. Available on both Android and iOS, the app lets users digitally store and manage their Aadhaar, control what personal details are shared, and even lock or unlock their biometric data for added protection. With options like selective data sharing and multiple card storage, the app offers complete control over how your data is used.
It also allows you to track when and where your Aadhaar was used, offering a clear record of all authentication activities. Moreover, you can securely store Aadhaar cards for multiple family members in the same app, making it a one-stop hub for digital identity management.\
