Samsung has officially resumed the rollout of the Android 15-based One UI 7 update for the Galaxy S24 series, following a controversial pause. In the most recent update, the company officially began rolling out the stable One UI 7 update for the Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23 Plus, Galaxy S23, and S24 FE. In addition, the Android 15 update is gradually being rolled out to the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5. However, the rollout is currently limited to Korea with no information about the One UI 7 release timeline in India.

Taking to X, tipster Tarun Vats stated that all non-beta users (of the above-mentioned devices)  in Korea are receiving the One UI 7 update. While there is no official word on the global rollout timeline of Android 15 for Samsung users, leaked information suggests that the One UI 7 update will begin to roll out by the end of April.

The update is now available for the users under the build numbers S918NKSU6DYD9, S918NOKR6DYD9, and S918NKSU6DYD9. The new update is over 5GB, so you may need to free up some space on your device. If you enrolled in the beta program, the update will be approximately 1GB.

According to reports, the One UI 7 stable update was first available for devices enrolled in the One UI 7 Beta program. However, non-Beta users are now receiving the update with the April 2025 security patch, implying that the update will be available for the global users soon.

Speaking of new features, the One UI 7 update will include new icons, elements, and designs, as well as a few customisation options. The update will also include Now Bar to improve accessibility. The Galaxy AI features, such as writing tools and circle to search, will be enhanced. The new update will include changes to the user interface as well as additional tools to boost productivity and provide real-time summary information.
