Noida has been paralysed as a massive traffic jam leaves thousands of commuters stranded for hours. The traffic jam has occurred due to violent protests by industrial workers demanding salary hikes in Phase 2 and near the Chilla border. As major roads like the DND Flyway and NH-24 face heavy blockages, finding alternate routes on Google Maps is essential to avoid the chaos. In this guide I’ll walk you through the easy methods using which you can avoid the traffic jam and can reach your destination on time. Moreover, the authorities have also released a formal Noida traffic advisory to assist the public.

During this period of intense road blockages and worker demonstrations, the local authorities have urged the commuters to avoid the Chilla border and instead use the DND Flyway or Kalindi Kunj for travelling toward Delhi. At the time of writing the situation remains fluid. However, if you’re planning to head out in Noida today, then we advise you to check the latest Noida traffic advisory updates on the official social media or official police channels.
