India AI Impact Summit 2026 Day 3 will start at 9:30 AM and will conclude at 8 PM. The event is happening at the Bharat Mandapam, Expo Arena and Sushma Swaraj Bhawan. The visitors can enter from Gate 4 and Gate 10.
If you are travelling by road, then you must know that the Delhi Traffic Police has announced special traffic restrictions in central Delhi on February 18 from 4 PM to 10 PM due to VVIP movement for the AI Impact Summit 2026 at Bharat Mandapam. After two days of heavy congestion, authorities have warned of tighter security and regulated vehicle movement, especially with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Emmanuel Macron expected.
Entry near the venue will be restricted after 4 pm, with regulated movement on roads such as Sardar Patel Marg, Janpath, Akbar Road, Mathura Road, Shanti Path and Dr Zakir Hussain Marg. Commuters are advised to use alternate routes like Ring Road, Lodhi Road and Aurobindo Marg, allow extra travel time and follow on-ground instructions, as heavy congestion is expected through the evening.
