Apple is all set to open its first retail store in Bengaluru, adding another step to its growing presence in India. The new outlet, called Apple Hebbal, will officially open its doors on Tuesday, September 2, at 1 PM at Phoenix Mall. This will be Apple’s third store in the country, following the launches of Apple BKC in Mumbai and Apple Saket in New Delhi last year.
The launch of Apple Hebbal comes just days before the global debut of the iPhone 17 series. Apple has even unveiled the barricade artwork outside the store on Thursday morning. Inspired by India’s national bird, the Peacock, the design features bright, vibrant feathers, which Apple says is a tribute to the country’s culture and pride.
Similar to its Mumbai and Delhi counterparts, Apple Hebbal will offer the full Apple Store experience. Shoppers will get help from Apple Specialists, Geniuses, Creatives, and dedicated Business teams for buying a new device, troubleshooting an old one, or learning something new. The store will also host “Today at Apple” sessions, where experts walk customers through everything from setting up their iPhones and iPads to exploring art, coding, productivity, and storytelling. These sessions are free and will help people make the most out of their Apple products.

Apple opened its first retail expansion in India in April 2023 with the launch of Apple BKC at Mumbai’s Jio World Drive Mall. Soon after the launch, the store quickly became a landmark. Later, Apple Saket opened at Select Citywalk Mall in Delhi, offering a similarly immersive experience.
All of these Apple stores allow customers to have hands-on test devices before buying, trade in old products, get setup assistance, and access in-person technical support. This is what makes Apple’s official stores apart from regular resellers, giving customers a more personalised experience.
