Acerpure India has expanded its room air conditioner portfolio with the launch of seven new split inverter models under the Acerpure Chill Neo series. Some of the key highlights about the new 2026 models in the Chill Neo series include their capability to cool even at 58°C temperature, along with being in compliance with the 2026 star rating norms.
Acerpure Chill Neo AC features
The new lineup includes seven variants across 1-ton, 1.5-ton and 2-ton capacities, with both 3-star and 5-star options. The range starts at Rs 29,990 and will be available via Amazon, Acer Exclusive Stores, Acerpure Connect, Acer Plaza, the Acerpure online store and select retail outlets.
Many conventional AC units begin to struggle or lose efficiency when outdoor temperatures cross the high 40s. Acerpure claims the Chill Neo series has been engineered to deliver cooling performance in ambient temperatures of up to 58°C, something that directly addresses the prevalent extreme summer conditions across parts of north and central India.
All seven models feature 100% copper condenser and evaporator coils. Copper is widely regarded as more durable and efficient than aluminium for heat exchange and is preferred in the Indian market for its ease of repair compared to aluminium alternatives. The units also incorporate what the company calls a DOC sensor system, which is designed to monitor internal temperature parameters and support stable compressor operation under load.
Acerpure has equipped the Neo series with a 7-in-1 Convertible cooling system, allowing users to manually adjust cooling capacity across seven operating levels. Instead of running at full capacity at all times, the idea is to match cooling output to room size and occupancy, potentially reducing unnecessary power draw during low-load conditions.
The lineup also includes an Ice Blast Mode, which enables rapid cooling by running the compressor at full capacity with increased fan speed. This is particularly useful when entering a room that has accumulated heat during peak afternoon hours.
For easier upkeep, the Chill Neo models include Self-Clean functionality, which initiates cleaning of the indoor evaporator coil to reduce dust accumulation, reducing buildup over time. The indoor units are also designed with removable and accessible filters to simplify routine cleaning without requiring technician visits.
Select models support 4-way swing, enabling both horizontal and vertical airflow distribution for more uniform cooling across larger rooms. The indoor units feature a modern design that’s intended to blend with contemporary home interiors.
