The Horizon festival is heading to Japan this year with Forza Horizon 6. The game is still months away from launch but you can already find out if your PC will be able to run the upcoming title or not. Playground Games has shared the minimum PC requirements of the game and they will make many gamers happy. You just need a Nvidia Geforce 1650Ti GPU and an AMD Ryzen 5 processor to run the game at lowest settings. And in 2026, these requirements are quite modest. Read on for more details.

Forza Horizon 6 PC requirements
Playground Games has shared a detailed chart on what all you need to run the game. At the lowest settings, the game will run on Nvidia Geforce 1650Ti/AMD Radeon RA 6500 XT/Intel Arc A380 GPU and an Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 processor. With this, you will need 16GB RAM, SSD storage, and Windows 10 or 11.
That said, the requirements to run the game on high graphic settings include an Intel Core i5-12400F or AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor. To handle graphics, Playground Games recommends a Nvidia 3060Ti/AMD Radeon 6700XT or Intel Arc A580 GPU.
Now if you want the best of the best experience, you will need Nvidia’s latest 5070Ti or AMD Radeon 9070XT GPU paired with either Intel Core i7 or AMD Ryzen 7 chip.
About Forza Horizon 6
First announced at the Tokyo Game Show 2025, Forza Horizon 6 is the follow up to 2021’s Forza Horizon 5, which became one of Xbox’s biggest launches ever. At the time of launch, Forza Horizon 6 will reportedly feature more than 550 cars which is slightly more than its predecessor but still fewer than Forza Horizon 4 at release.
Another major change comes in campaign structure. Rather than starting as a star driver, players will begin as a tourist and must earn their way into the Horizon Festival by climbing the ranks. The game is set to launch on May 19 this year for PC and Xbox Series X and Series S, with availability on Xbox Game Pass. A PlayStation 5 version is expected later.
