BGMI Lite India launch soon: From release timeline to download size, here is what we know so far

Krafton is preparing to launch BGMI Lite in India. The new game will be a smaller version of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). It is designed for players who may not have enough storage or a high-end phone to run the full game smoothly. Pre-registration of BGMI Lite is already open for Android users. Krafton has also confirmed that players can use their existing BGMI accounts with the Lite version. This means users will not need to create or transfer their game IDs. BGMI Lite download size

One of the main highlights of BGMI Lite will be its smaller file size. The game is being developed to take up less storage than the standard version of BGMI. Krafton has already confirmed that the initial download size of BGMI Lite will be 1GB on Android. The iOS version is expected to require more space. Its initial download size will likely be around 2GB.

Krafton has confirmed that BGMI players will be able to use their existing BGMI accounts on BGMI Lite. Players will not have to transfer their IDs or create a new account. Another key feature is cross-play support between BGMI and BGMI Lite. This means players using the two versions will be able to team up and play together.

How to pre-register for BGMI Lite

Android users can currently pre-register for BGMI Lite through the Google Play Store. To pre-register, open the Play Store and search for BGMI Lite. Select the game listing and choose the Pre-register/Install option. Now, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
