No Tail To Tell centres on Eun Ho, who has been living as a gumiho with magical power and eternal youth for an extremely long period of time. Her life satisfies her, and she has no desire to live as human beings do. Eun Ho likes watching human affairs, reading their literature, indulging in their culinary delights, and using her magical power to learn all about the human world from afar.
But everything changes when she meets Kang Si-yeol, who is a popular soccer player who succeeded when he was very young. Si-yeol is very arrogant and selfish because he thinks that everything revolves around him. The encounter between Si-yeol and Eun-ho is quite odd and hilarious when Eun-ho tries to intimidate him by displaying her real personality. Both characters are drawn together by circumstances, and they begin to develop. Eun Ho knows what human emotions are, while Si Yeol becomes humble and generous.
