The courtroom drama Jolly LLB 3, starring Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, is now heading towards its digital release. The film had a successful theatrical release, similar to its previous instalments – Jolly LLB (2013) and Jolly LLB 2 (2017). The movie is based on the Bhatta Parsaul incident of 2011 and highlights the distressing plight of farmer suicides in the country. Netflix India has officially announced the OTT release date of the film via X (formerly Twitter).

Jolly LLB 3 is set to premiere on Netflix on November 14, 2025. Confirming the release, Netflix India shared on social media, “Milord, permission to be Jolly cause tareekh mil gayi hai! 🥳👨⚖ Watch Jolly LLB 3, out November 14, on Netflix.”
The third instalment of the courtroom comedy-drama brings back two beloved characters, Jagdish “Jolly” Tyagi (Arshad Warsi) and Jagdishwar “Jolly” Mishra (Akshay Kumar). This time, the duo faces off in a heated legal battle over a land acquisition case involving a powerful industrialist, Haribhai Khaitan. The conflict arises after a woman files a lawsuit against the forced takeover of her village for an international project, leading to a farmer’s tragic suicide. What begins as a fierce courtroom rivalry soon evolves into an unexpected alliance, as both Jollys join forces to fight for justice on behalf of the villagers. a Bikaner-to-Boston project, resulting in a farmer’s suicide. At first, battling one another, the two Jollys come to understand they need to unite to advocate for the villagers against the corporation.

Directed by Subhash Kapoor, Jolly LLB 3 reunites its core cast with a mix of returning and new faces. The film stars Akshay Kumar as Advocate Jagdishwar Mishra, Arshad Warsi as Advocate Jagdish Tyagi, and Saurabh Shukla reprising his iconic role as Judge Sunder Lal Tripathi. The ensemble also includes Huma Qureshi, Amrita Rao, Ram Kapoor, Avijit Dutt, Sushil Pandey, and Sarah Hashmi in key roles.
