Portronics has launched the Iron Beats 5 Prime in India, a high-power 250W wireless party speaker aimed at home gatherings, outdoor events and karaoke sessions. The new model sits at the upper end of Portronics’ party speaker lineup and focuses on loud output, bass-heavy sound and portability, while bundling a wireless microphone for karaoke use. At its price, it targets users who want a single-box party solution rather than a modular speaker setup.
The Portronics Iron Beats 5 Prime is priced at Rs 13,999 as an introductory offer. It is available in Black and comes with a 12-month warranty. The speaker is on sale via the Portronics official website, leading e-commerce platforms and offline retail stores across India.

The Iron Beats 5 Prime boasts 250W output through dual 8-inch subwoofers, supported by Portronics’ Bass Boost Technology. Vocals are handled through dedicated tuning, with Echo Control allowing users to adjust the microphone output during karaoke sessions.
For connectivity, the speaker supports Bluetooth 5.3, and wired input options include USB, Aux-In and a dedicated guitar input. There is a TWS mode also, which allows two Iron Beats 5 Prime units to be paired for a wider stereo soundstage.
It packs an 8,000mAh battery, rated for up to 6 hours of playback. And its portability is addressed through an integrated handle and smooth-glide wheels.
The key addition with the Iron Beats 5 Prime is the bundled wireless UHF karaoke microphone, which removes the need for third-party accessories and positions the speaker as a ready-to-use karaoke system. The updated RGB lighting setup, including an oblong LED strip and Smiley Dynamic RGB LEDs, is designed to enhance the party appeal.
At its launch price, the Portronics speaker offers higher output at a lower price than the BoAt PartyPal 600 and Zebronics Trolley DJ.
