Nothing is reportedly preparing to launch a new pair of over-ear headphones aimed at a wider audience in 2026. According to a report by Dealabs, the upcoming model, expected to be called Nothing Headphone (a), will sit below the existing Nothing Headphone 1 in both pricing and positioning. The leak reveals the expected global launch timeline, variants, price, and availability details. Check them out below.
The Dealabs report claims the Nothing Headphone (a) will launch on March 12 in Europe and other global markets. The pre-orders will open a week earlier on March 5.
The upcoming Nothing headphones will be priced at EUR 159, roughly Rs 17,400, in Europe, and GBP 149, around Rs 18,800, in the UK.
The India launch timeline and pricing haven’t been leaked, but the converted figures suggest the new model will come well below the India launch price of Headphone (1), which was Rs 21,990.

Headphone (a) is said to launch in four colour options, Black, Pink, White, and Yellow, signalling a more lifestyle-focused approach. In comparison, the Headphone (1) came in Black and White variants.
Nothing is yet to officially acknowledge any of these details, including the product name.
Earlier rumours had suggested that the Headphone (a) could be a reworked version of the Headphone (1), possibly using a plastic build to reduce costs. However, the reported price gap suggests the Headphone (a) could be a ground-up model with pared-back materials and a reduced feature set.
From a brand perspective, this move could allow Nothing to expand into more accessible price segments.
Nothing products are known for their design-first approach and overall quality. If you are looking for a new pair of headphones, you may wait for the Headphone (a). We should have more details closer to the launch. The brand is likely to start teasing the product soon. Let’s see.
