How to use Call Screening in Hindi on your Samsung Galaxy S25 and above models

HIGHLIGHTS

Call Screening uses Galaxy AI to handle unknown calls and show replies as text.

Samsung has added Hindi support for compatible Galaxy devices with One UI 8.5.

Users can check who is calling before deciding to answer or reject the call.

Getting a call from an unknown number can be annoying, especially when you can’t figure out if the call is for something important or just spam. Even though some telecom operators now show the name linked to unsaved numbers, many people still avoid picking up such calls. Samsung introduced the Call Screening feature as a solution for this with its One UI 8.5. The feature answers unknown calls for you and uses Galaxy AI to ask the caller their name and why they are calling. Their replies show up as live text on your screen. You can then decide whether to pick up, hang up, or keep screening. Samsung has also added Hindi support and brought this feature to more devices.
