A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: Storyline

The story happens close to a hundred years before the action of Game of Thrones. The story mainly revolves around Ser Duncan the Tall, who is also famous as Dunk, and a boy named Egg, who will be revealed later in the story to be Aegon Targaryen. They see many parts of Westeros, passing through tournaments and small towns, mostly relying on their choices and not fate.

The House of Targaryen is still ruling the Iron Throne at this time, and the legend of the dragons is still remembered. Furthermore, the growing bond between the two knights is shown through their encounters with rival knights, secret loyalties, and the difficult moral choices they must face.

It is a very earthed and humble adventure story where both the characters develop. Their faith is repeatedly tested, and the experiences on the way teach them important lessons of responsibility and the long-term effect of the decisions they make.
