Haier India has begun teasing the imminent launch of its new Mini LED TV range powered by the upgraded Homey AI platform. The announcement coincides with the brand’s association as the Title Partner of Match Centre Live on JioHotstar for the ongoing ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 tournament. While pricing, availability, and full specs will be revealed at a formal launch event later, Haier is using the tournament’s high viewership to spotlight the forthcoming TV range launch and its AI upgrade.
Homey AI platform consists of Homey AI Cinema, Homey AI Sound, Homey AI Game, and Homey AI Eye Care. It will power the upcoming high-end Haier TVs, including the refreshed Haier M92 and Haier M96 series.

Last year, the M92 and M96 models were positioned as premium QD Mini LED offerings aimed at buyers upgrading from standard LED or QLED TVs. We had reviewed the Haier M92 and found it offers a strong feature set, including a QD-Mini LED panel, 144 Hz support, HDMI 2.1, Google TV and KEF-tuned Dolby Atmos speakers. It runs smoothly and sounds better than most rivals. However, the panel quality and picture tuning could have been better.
This time, Haier is aiming to strengthen its top models with AI, as a matter of differentiation in the competitive Mini LED segment. Leading TV makers have long promoted proprietary picture processors as core selling points. Haier’s emphasis on Homey AI suggests a similar push to build long-term brand recall around its processing technology rather than just panel specifications.
You could witness Haier’s Homey AI-powered Mini LED TVs in Match Centre Live on JioHotstar during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. The company is targeting cricket viewers, considering an upgrade for a more immersive experience at home.
We don’t know if there will be any major hardware upgrades, though. Stay tuned to know pricing and other details.
