Xiaomi Mi Max Prime with Snapdragon 652 SoC, 4GB RAM to go on sale from October 17

After launching the Mi Max a few months ago, the higher-end variant of Xiaomi’s phablet is now available for purchase. Called the Mi Max Prime, the device is priced at Rs. 19,999 and will be available from October 17, when Mi kicks of its Diwali sales on Mi.com. 

Unlike the Mi Max, which sported a Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 SoC, 3GB RAM, and 32GB storage. The Mi Max Prime features a Snapdragon 652 SoC, 4GB RAM, and 128GB storage. The remaining specifications are the same as the standard variant. This includes a large 6.44-inch Full HD display along with a 4850mAh battery. The phone also sports a 16MP rear camera with PDAF, while at the front is a 5MP camera with a wide-angle lens. As for connectivity the smartphone will support 4G LTE with VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/ A-GPS with Glonass, and Wi-Fi 802.11ac with MiMo.
