Vivo has introduced a new budget contender in the sub-10k price segment and its called the Vivo Y01. The newcomer comes running on a MediaTek Helio P35 chipset, a 2+32GB memory option, a 720P screen, Funtouch OS 11.1, a 5000 milliamp battery, and an 8MP camera at the back.
Vivo Y01 has given a 6.51-inch HD+ LCD screen with a waterdrop notch. The front camera is a 5MP sensor. Rotate to the rear side and there you’ll find an 8MP camera.
The internal components include a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC, 2GB RAM, 32GB storage, and a 5000mAh cell (with a 10W charger). The software on top is Funtouch OS 11.1 based on Android Go.
Other things you get with the device include expandable storage of up to 1TB using a dedicated microSD card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a micro-USB 2.0, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, WiFi ac, Bluetooth 5.0, and dual SIM support.
Vivo Y01 is available in India through Vivo.com and other authorized retail stores at ₹8,999. You can choose the device in Blue and Black colors.
