Vivo is reportedly going to introduce new devices, including the X300s and X300 Ultra, in the global market, followed by its China launch. The device is said to offer a balance between high-end gaming performance and an impressive camera setup. While the company has not announced its plan for global rollout yet, the device has been a hot topic for the rumour mill. Here is everything that we know about the Vivo X300s, including the release timeline, specs and price.
The Vivo X300s, along with the Vivo X300 Ultra, will make their China debut on March 30, with the sale likely to start on April 3. So far, Vivo has not confirmed any global or Indian launch plans for the device. The reports suggest that the Vivo X300 Ultra will debut globally, including India, but the X300s may remain limited to select markets.
The Vivo X300s is said to offer a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, probably first in the segment. The device is expected to carry the same MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with up to 16GB RAM. The device is said to ship with a 7,100 mAh battery with 90W charging and 40W wireless charging. The device may also carry IP68 and IP69 ratings, stereo speakers, enhanced vibration feedback and improved connectivity for gaming. The device is expected to run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

In the camera department, the device may get a Zeiss-backed 200MP main camera with a 50MP periscope lens. Do note that these are based on early leaks and not confirmed at the moment.
The official pricing is yet to be announced, but early estimates suggest that if the Vivo X300s launches in India, it could be priced at around Rs 55,000. However, the launch seems unlikely. Currently, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro are already available in the Indian market.
