Vivo has just unveiled its X300 series in China, comprising the standard X300 and the X300 Pro. The handsets pack MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 SoC, ZEISS-tuned rear camera setup and V3+ image processing chips. The devices are expected to debut in India and other markets soon. While Vivo hasn’t revealed any key details about its India launch, it’s expected to ship with the same hardware as its Chinese counterparts. Interestingly, the devices will ship with Origin OS 6, an Android 16-based OS, in India for the first time.

According to reports, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro will likely debut in India between December 5 and 15, 2025. However, it has not been officially confirmed yet.
As for pricing, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro could be priced at around Rs 69,999 and Rs 99,999, respectively, in India.

Both Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro are expected to run on MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset and ship with Android 16-based OriginOS 6. In partnership with Zeiss, both phones will feature the latest V3+ imaging chip. The standard model sports a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB primary rear sensor, while the Pro variant has a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 main sensor. At the front, both handsets pack 50-megapixel selfie cameras.
Under the hood, the devices may come equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 SoC, which promises flagship-level speed and power efficiency. The devices also pack BOE Q10+ OLED LTPO panels with a 1.5K resolution. The standard model could pack a 6,040mAh battery, and the Pro model could get a 6,510mAh battery. Both models will likely offer IP68/IP69, similar to their Chinese variant.
