Vivo is getting ready to launch its next flagship phone, the Vivo X300 Ultra, and interest is growing fast. After showing an early preview at MWC 2026, the company has begun sharing key details, so we now have a clearer idea of what is coming. The smartphone will be a new addition to the existing Vivo X300 lineup that consists of the standard Vivo X300 and X300 Pro. The phone is expected to bring big improvements in battery life, camera quality, and overall performance. Here is a simple and easy look at what this upcoming phone may offer. Much like the other variants in the Vivo X300 lineup, the Ultra model is also said to be camera-centric. According to the leaks, the device will sport a triple camera setup at the rear end of the device. It would include a 200MP primary lens, a 200MP periscope telephoto camera and a 50MP ultra-wide sensor. All the rear sensors are also said to support 4K 120fps Dolby Vision recording.
Along with that, the smartphone may also come equipped with a 50MP front camera, which is perfect for selfies and video calls. It’s also rumoured that the front camera will support 4K recording at 30fps and 60fps.

The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to draw its power from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Along with that, it’s also said to launch with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.
The handset will likely pack a 7,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 40W of wireless charging. It might also bag IP68 and IP69 certifications for protecting the device from dust and water. Out of the box the smartphone is said to run on OriginOS 6, which is an Android 16-based skin.
In terms of display it may house a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED panel with up to a 144Hz refresh rate. Other than that, the rumours also suggest that the device can reach a peak brightness of 4,500 nits when used under bright sunlight.

Vivo has officially announced that the Vivo X300 Ultra will make its debut in the Chinese market on March 30, 2026. However, the company has yet to announce a launch date for the Indian as well as the global market. If the company follows its past launch pattern, then the Vivo X300 might get launched in the Indian market by April or June.
The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to launch with a price tag close to Rs 1,10,999. However, these prices are based on rumours and leaks and may change at the time of launch.
