Vivo is gearing up to unveil the Vivo X300 Ultra, its next flagship smartphone. The company had already launched the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro in the previous year, and now it is ready to introduce the Ultra variant of the series in the international market. The company has already confirmed that the device will be showcased at an international technology event, which means that the device will be available in the international market soon. The company has already stated that the device is the most advanced step in the field of mobile imaging and video technology. Although the details of the device are yet to be announced, some leaks have already revealed that the device will have powerful hardware and a large battery.
The Vivo X300 Ultra may come with a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display, which could have a refresh rate of 120Hz. Talking about the performance, the Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to be driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, which will be based on a 3nm process. Apart from this, it is also expected that the device may come with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.

In terms of optics, the smartphone is tipped to carry a triple rear camera setup, including a 200MP main sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide camera. At the front, the smartphone will likely sport a 50MP camera for selfies and video calls.
The device is also said to house a 7000mAh battery coupled with a 100W wired and 40W wireless charging support. The smartphone is said to run on OriginOS 6, which is an Android skin based on Android 16. The Vivo X300 Ultra may launch in black, silver, and red color options. The phone is also likely to bag IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Vivo has confirmed that the X300 Ultra will make its first global preview at Mobile World Congress 2026. The event will take place in Barcelona from March 2 to March 5. Reports also suggest that the device will be released in the global market, unlike its predecessors, which were limited to the Chinese market. Reports suggest that the device could be launched later this year.

Although Vivo has not yet revealed the official pricing information of the X300 Ultra, initial reports suggest that the smartphone will be launched with a price range of around Rs 1,60,000 and Rs 1,70,000.
