Vivo has showcased the X300 Ultra at the Mobile World Congress 2026 and confirmed that it will be launched in the global markets. While the official launch details remain under wraps, the company has confirmed the camera details. As per reports citing Vivo’s Webio post, the device will get a 200MP primary sensor along with a redesigned periscope telephoto camera. With this, the brand claims to offer advanced stabilisation and improved subject-tracking. As per the reports citing Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao, the Vivo X300 Ultra may get a fifth-generation ZEISS-tuned 200MP periscope telephoto built around a Samsung HP0 sensor. The telephoto module is also said to feature Vivo’s BlueImage imaging system. The report also suggests that the device may have a gimbal-inspired stabilisation mechanism.
Adding on, the device is also said to introduce a new focus tracking system called Blueprint high-refresh focus tracking engine, capable of capturing motion at 60fps.
The device is said to feature a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits peak brightness. It can feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. The device could get a 7,000 mAh battery with support for 120W wired charging and up to 50W wireless charging. In terms of durability, it may feature IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

The camera setup may include a 200MP Sony LYT-901 primary sensor, a 200MP Samsung periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide sensor. For selfies, it could feature a 50MP front camera.
The company is expected to launch the Vivo X300 Ultra first in China later this month. As for India, industry reports state that the device could launch in the second quarter of 2026, likely between April and June. It could be priced somewhere around Rs 1,60,000 in India, the leaks added.
