Vivo is gearing up to launch its next-generation flagship lineup, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro in India. The new smartphones have already been unveiled in the home country, China with significant upgrades under the hood, including MediaTek’s powerful Dimensity 9500 chipset, ZEISS-tuned triple-camera setups, and Vivo’s in-house V3+ imaging chip for pro-grade photography. Both devices will run on the company’s latest OriginOS 6, which is based on Android 16.
Although Vivo hasn’t officially revealed the India launch timeline yet, leaks suggest it could happen by mid-December. Here’s everything we know.
According to industry reports, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro are likely to make their India debut between December 5 and December 15, 2025. The company hasn’t confirmed the date officially, but internal sources suggest preparations for an early December rollout are already underway.
As for pricing, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro could be priced at around Rs 69,999 and Rs 99,999, respectively, in India.
Both phones are powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 SoC, built for flagship-level speed and power efficiency. The devices feature BOE Q10+ OLED LTPO panels with a 1.5K resolution, offering smooth visuals and adaptive refresh rates.

In the optics department, the Vivo X300 sports a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor, while the X300 Pro houses a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main lens, both enhanced by ZEISS optics and the V3+ imaging chip. Up front, both models come with 50MP selfie cameras.

Battery capacities differ slightly with 6,040mAh for the standard model and 6,510mAh for the Pro, both with IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance, ensuring durability and longevity.
