Vivo X300 series with 200MP ZEISS Camera to launch in India soon
Vivo has officially confirmed that its flagship Vivo X300 series is set to launch in India soon, following its global debut last month. The lineup, comprising the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro, was first unveiled in China on October 13, before making its way to select global markets on October 30. While the company has yet to reveal an exact India launch date, reports suggest an early December debut.
Meanwhile, a dedicated microsite for the series is already live on Flipkart, confirming its online availability via the e-commerce platform. With this release, Vivo aims to strengthen its premium smartphone portfolio in India, competing with flagship rivals from OnePlus, Samsung, and Oppo.
The Vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Circular Polarisation 2.0 technology for better outdoor visibility. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. The standard Vivo X300 model shares most of the same specifications, differing slightly in camera hardware.
Optically, the X300 Pro features a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50MP OIS main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS. The device also promises enhanced thermal management and battery optimisation for extended gaming and multimedia use.
