After a good response to the Vivo V60, the company seems to be planning to introduce its successor. The Vivo V70 was reportedly spotted getting the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification, hinting that the device may launch soon. Not only that, but some key details of the Vivo V70 have also surfaced online, hinting at some similar features to its predecessor. It also suggests that the device will support 5G, Bluetooth, NFC, and Wi-Fi 6. Here is everything we know about the Vivo V70, including its price range, specifications and launch timeline.
The Vivo V70 will reportedly feature a 6.8-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate. It could feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, which is present in the Vivo V60. The device could get 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, as spotted on the FCC certification. It could be backed by a 6,500 mAh or 7,000 mAh battery with possible 100W charging support. It could come loaded with Android 16.
As for the camera, the device could get a 50MP main sensor with OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation), a 50MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide sensor. There will also be a 50MP front-facing camera, the leaks stated. All these cameras are said to be Zeiss-tuned.
The Vivo V70 is said to be launched in February 2026, six months after the Vivo V60 made its debut. However, the exact timeline is not confirmed yet. Speaking of the prices, the Vivo V70 5G’s base variant could be priced at around Rs 36,999, the same price at which the Vivo V60 was introduced. But the prices may differ specifically due to the memory hardware component price hike.
Note: The story is based on early leaks and Vivo is yet to confirm all these details.
