Vivo V60 India launch confirmed
Vivo is gearing up for its next mid-range smartphone launch – the V60 in India. The device has already been teased via Vivo’s official website, revealing the design, colour options and other key details. The smartphone succeeding last year’s Vivo V50 is claimed to be the slimmest smartphone in the 6,500mAh battery segment. Additionally, the handset’s camera details have also been confirmed ahead of launch. It will come with a ZEISS-powered triple rear camera setup. The handset will feature a 50MP primary camera with 100X zoom capability.

As teased on Vivo’s global website, the Vivo V60 can be seen sporting a vertically positioned pill-shaped camera module housing a 50MP primary sensor and a 50MP telephoto sensor, with a third 8MP ultrawide sensor placed separately beside it. It will also house a 50MP selfie camera on the front.
Vivo V60 is confirmed to get a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support and a quad-curved display. Apart from these, the handset is teased to come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC and run on Funtouch OS 15 out of the box. The device will also support IP68 and IP69 rated water and dust resistance. Other confirmed details include three colour options- Auspicious Gold, Moonlit Blue, and Mist Grey, and 5-years of software support.

Vivo V60 is teased to launch soon in India; however, the exact date is yet to be announced. However, reports suggest that the phone could debut on August 19.
Vivo V60 is expected to carry a price tag ranging between Rs 37,000 and Rs 40,000 for the base model. To recall, Vivo V50 was launched at Rs 34,999 in India for the base model.
